B2BCars

B2B terms of use and sale

1. Scope and seller

B2BCars is a platform presenting vehicles from InvestGroep Automotive, Lda., which acts as the seller. The service is intended for companies and professionals acquiring vehicles in the course of their business, through duly authorised representatives.

These texts are an informative draft. They do not replace the offer, the purchase agreement or the final commercial terms for a vehicle. Collection of acceptance of a final contractual version of these terms is not implemented.

2. Account and professional verification

An account request requires correct company and representative details, as well as a commercial registration document or Certidão Permanente code. Submitting proof does not equal approval. Access to prices is only granted after manual review and approval by an administrator.

The user must protect the password, not share the account and report suspected misuse. Validating an account is not a public certification of the company or a guarantee about future transactions.

3. Catalogue and availability

Listings may come from a partial batch imported on a stated date. Descriptions, photos, mileage and other characteristics must be confirmed for the specific vehicle before contracting. The seller must clarify the actual characteristics and condition in the applicable commercial documentation.

A listed vehicle may stop being available between updates. Inclusion in the catalogue is not a reservation, confirmed sale or delivery guarantee.

4. Prices, taxes and valuations

Prices are shown in euros with the tax indication displayed in the listing. Where "+ VAT" is shown, the price excludes VAT. The actual VAT treatment, including intra-community operations or special schemes where applicable, must be confirmed for the specific transaction.

The ISV shown is an estimate and does not replace assessment or confirmation by the competent authorities. Transport is included in the estimated total shown, as stated in the price caption; legalisation, registration and other charges must be itemised in the final offer, without presuming they are included or excluded.

Where available, Indicata values and the differences calculated against the total price are informative references, not guarantees of resale, profit or a binding market value. No fictitious values are shown to fill in missing data.

5. Requests, reservations and formation of the sale

The "Request this vehicle" button opens the contact form. The message is saved in a private admin inbox and is not forwarded automatically by email. Sending does not automatically reserve the vehicle, is not a paid order and does not confirm that a sale has been concluded.

Availability, final price and the terms of any reservation and sale depend on express confirmation by the seller and an appropriate written agreement. The application does not receive payments or verify bank transfers.

6. Transport, delivery and documentation

These elements must be agreed for each sale before any payment. The website does not replace the documents needed for the vehicle's circulation, import or registration.

7. Condition, warranties and liability

The condition, any damage, equipment, known history and warranty terms of each vehicle must be clarified in the offer and the contract. These terms do not create a commercial warranty of unconfirmed duration and do not exclude rights or liabilities that the law does not allow to be waived.

8. Permitted use and content

Using the service for fraud, forged proof, unauthorised access, abusive data extraction or infringement of third-party rights is not permitted. Rights to brands, photos and data belong to their respective owners; access to the platform does not grant a general licence to republish.

9. Suspension, privacy and contacts

Professional access may be blocked by administrative decision, in particular where there are doubts about the company or misuse. The process for notification, challenge and voluntary account closure must be completed in the final terms.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. You can contact the seller with questions about an account, listing or purchase request.

10. Law, disputes and entry into force
